Warranty and Products Return
- warranty service of all products offered in online store Getledlamps.com is provided under the warranty terms, established by products manufacturer;
- products warranty period is specified in their description;
- use products only in accordance with conditions specified in the instruction for use and installation of products;
- use only those spare parts or installation materials, that were included in products packaging or recommended by installation instruction;
- for the manufacturer’s warranty service, you need to retain and provide purchase documents, as well as deliver the products to the central office of online store getledlamps.com;
- if the quality of products does not meet the terms of the contract, about your rights, in accordance with CPL provisions, you can read in part “Products return and exchange” (we remind, that CPL provisions does not apply to cases, where products are acquired by legal persons);
- to find out, in which cases warranty service may not have the strength, you can in part “Warranty is not valid”.
Products return and exchange:
- seller undertakes to remove a manufacturing defect within one calendar month from the date of claim receiving and registration in the company (in exceptional cases, the seller reserves the right to prolong this period);
- buyer has the right to exchange products with the same or equivalent, to reduce the price of products, to require cancellation of the contract and get a refund, in case, if the date of products purchase was less than six months ago;
- buyer has the right, first of all, to exchange products with the same or equivalent and, if the replacement is not possible within a reasonable time, only then to reduce the price of products or to require cancellation of the contract and get a refund in proportion of products depreciation, in case, if the date of products purchase was above than six months ago.
Warranty is not valid:
- if the cause of damages were force majeure circumstances or other emergency situations, which seller or manufacturer could not foresee, avoid, affect on them and for appearance of which, mentioned parties, are not liable (for example, natural disasters, war actions or other civil commotions);
- if products were not used in accordance with conditions specified in the instruction for use and installation of products;
- if the cause of damages was use of unsuitable spare parts or installation materials, that were not included in products packaging or not recommended by installation instruction;
- if the cause of damages was use of wrong power supply, power grid interruptions, disturbance of wiring and communication parameters in buildings, as well as other cases of domestic factors (for example, humidity, dust, smoke, soot and others);
- if there are damages caused by penetration of foreign objects, chemicals or other liquids inside packaging or products;
- if there were not complied conditions of products storage or transportation;
- if there are damaged or missing stickers or packaging of products, devices and components;
- if the client or any other unauthorized person tried to resolve found damages;
- if purchaser has not provided suitable purchase document.
THE PURCHASER MUST ALWAYS CHECK THE QUALITY, QUANTITY AND CONDITION OF PRODUCTS DURING THEIR RECEIVING!
THE WARRANTY IS VAILID ONLY WITH ATTACHED PURCHASE DOCUMENTS!
